Centurion, Inc. software has streamlined Class Registration, Grade Reporting and the Athletic Ticketing process via Interactive Voice Response (IVR) technology and a touch tone phone, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Student Class Registration and Grades
From available Class Listings, students can review classes available, assignment of instructional staff and class schedules. Using a touch tone phone and access to the Registrar’s system, class availability can be validated and registration information for the selected classes can be submitted.
Grade reporting is also supported in this application. Instructors enter student grades into the system using a touch tone phone, which the students can then access. Security issues are managed through the use of student ID number and an assigned PIN. This insures that students have access to only their records throughout the system.
Tuition checking and payment history is also an available feature.
